The only recovered photo of Level 301.

Level 301 is a long and straight corridor that is very similar to ones inside of 2000's hospitals. Due to the major hazards at play, it's impossible to make estimates of how long the level truly is. Despite this, some research provided measurements of at least 6-10 kilometers, although this is being disputed. The entirety of Level 301 is made out of a powerful sort of material that looks like a composition of zinc and aluminum. Horizontal bars of light and a select few exit signs are fairly common on the ceiling and provide a red hue to the level. All doors in this level are locked except for the one at the end and noclipping is unavailable here, so wanderers are limited to completing the level.

When one spawns in Level 301, they will notice a swarm of entities running after them. The entities could range from the average Smiler and an agressive Hound to more dangerous and rare ones like Phobic Centipedes and Soulsuckers. The objective to making it out of the level alive is to run the entire length of it before the swarm does. While running, wanderers can often come across small tables that have granola bars on them, which can give out stamina and energy, making them very beneficial. Because of the swarm of entities, wanderers will have to grab one of them quickly and eat them on the run. All people know that where there are advantages, there are obstacles, especially when you get to this level. Some notable obstacles in this level include cabinets, medical beds, trash cans, actual pieces of trash, and Clumps that are unable to be moved or attacked.1
